Nick is a graduate of Virginia Tech (B.A., 2004), the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University (J.D./B.C.L., 2008), and the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University (M.B.A., 2008). After graduation, Nick clerked for the Honorable Guy Holdridge in Louisiana's 23rd Judicial District for the Parishes of Ascension, Assumption and St. James. He is licensed in Louisiana and Virginia, and admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts, including the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the Virginia Bar Association, and the Energy Bar Association.
