Holly G. Hansen
Of Counsel

Holly is a graduate of Louisiana State University (B.A. 1996) and the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University (J.D. 2000). She was admitted to the Louisiana bar in 2000 and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western districts of Louisiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, as well as all Louisiana state courts. Ms. Hansen was a member of the Louisiana State University Moot Court Board and winner of the Robert Lee Tullis Moot Court Competition. She is currently a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and Baton Rouge Bar Association (Current Member, Continuing Legal Education Committee and Past Council Member, Young Lawyers Section). Additionally, she serves as a continuing legal education speaker on issues pertaining to discovery, insurance, mediations and ethics and has also served as a contributing writer for the Defense Research Institute’s Insurance Newsletter.
 
Ms. Hansen has defended numerous professionals and insurance clients in complex litigation matters in Louisiana state and federal courts. These cases involve analysis of complex legal statutes and regulations, along with presenting oral arguments before various courts, perpetuating deposition testimony of key witnesses and negotiating favorable settlements on behalf of clients.
