Tara is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University (B.S., 1999) and Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University (J.D., B.C.L. 2002). She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2002 and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, as well as all Louisiana state courts. Tara is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and Baton Rouge Bar Association.
