Mary G. Erlingson, born Opelousas, Louisiana, May 24, 1962, admitted to Louisiana Bar in 1989, Texas Bar in 1998, and Washington D.C. Bar in 2003.  Education: Louisiana State University (B.A., 1984); Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University (J.D., 1989).  Clerked for the Honorable John R. Joyce, Judge and Honorable James H. Boddie, Jr., Judge, Fourth District Court, State of Louisiana, 1989-1990.  Member: Federal Eastern, Western, and Middle District Courts for the State of Louisiana, the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, U.S. District Court Eastern District for the State of Texas. Membership in the Baton Rouge Bar Association; Louisiana State Bar Association; and American Bar Association – Labor and Employment Law Section; Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, Texas State Bar Association.
